Next 25 Serie II is a fully integrated automatic bar feeder for multi-spindle CNC lathes, designed for bars with diameters from 4 to 25 mm and lengths from 2850 to 4200 mm.
Its very compact design makes efficient use of the multi-spindle lathe while maintaining simple and comfortable operation. The feeder reaches rotational speeds above 10,000 rpm and enables very fast bar changes that can take as little as 3 seconds.
High feeding speed, fast bar changes and precise indexing contribute to a smooth production process and a significant increase in productivity. Quiet operation also improves the operator’s working conditions.
It is a compact, high-performance solution for automated bar feeding where speed, precision, low noise and maximum productivity are essential.

Yes. In addition to equipment installation, training and spare parts supply, our service team also provides comprehensive post-warranty service.
Does IEMCA offer high-pressure coolant systems?
Yes. IEMCA offers 2 high-pressure coolant models – Blue Line 100 and Clear Line 50. Both models can be integrated with an IEMCA bar feeder or supplied in the standalone SOLO version, which does not require an IEMCA bar feeder.

What bar diameters and lengths can IEMCA bar feeders handle?
IEMCA bar feeders can feed bars from 0.3 mm up to 100 mm in diameter and from 90 mm up to 6380 mm in length.
