Elite ZERO is an automatic bar feeder for CNC lathes with a sliding headstock, designed for ultra-thin bars with diameters from 0.3 to 3 mm.
It was developed for precise and gentle machining of ultra-thin materials used mainly in watchmaking, micromechanics and the medical industry.
The feeder enables reliable machining of bars starting at 0.3 mm in diameter and careful handling throughout the machining process. Its special design minimizes the risk of bending ultra-thin bars and allows machining at high spindle speeds without limiting turning speed.
Elite ZERO is a solution for applications where maximum precision, gentle material guidance and stable feeding of ultra-thin bars are essential.

The standard warranty is 12 months, with the option to purchase an extended warranty for 18 or 24 months.
Do you offer bar feeders for all types of CNC lathes?
Yes, IEMCA bar feeders can be installed on all CNC lathes requiring automated bar feeding. The lathe control system does not matter.
Do you provide service for IEMCA bar feeders after the warranty period?
Yes. In addition to equipment installation, training and spare parts supply, our service team also provides comprehensive post-warranty service.
Does IEMCA offer high-pressure coolant systems?
Yes. IEMCA offers 2 high-pressure coolant models – Blue Line 100 and Clear Line 50. Both models can be integrated with an IEMCA bar feeder or supplied in the standalone SOLO version, which does not require an IEMCA bar feeder.

Yes, transport, installation, commissioning of the bar feeder and subsequent training are included in the product price.
What bar diameters and lengths can IEMCA bar feeders handle?
IEMCA bar feeders can feed bars from 0.3 mm up to 100 mm in diameter and from 90 mm up to 6380 mm in length.
